Noise Ordinance Waiver

Noise Ordinance Waiver will be needed if having a band, DJ, or loud music. If Sheriff’s Office receives a complaint and event does not possess a Noise Ordinance Waiver, event will be shut down by law enforcement.

For a Noise Ordinance Waiver go to https://myescambia.com/our-services/building-services/permitting-forms.  Complete the Noise Waiver Application and email to buildinginspections@myescambia.com.  Applications may also be delivered in person to 3363 West Park Place, Pensacola, 32505. Call 595-3550 for waiver fee information. Waivers will take 60 days to be issued, as they must be approved by the Board of County Commissioners at a regular meeting.
