The Extension's Livestock Agent brings university research through educational programs, clinics and conferences, on farm research, web resources, and publications to Highlands County producers and industry professionals as well as the general public. With this research, residents can be certain that they have the tools needed to make sustainable and profitable decisions.
The purpose of the Range Cattle Research and Education Center is to conduct research and provide information that will solve problems related to improving profitability of beef, forage and field crops, and dairy production in central and south Florida.
FCA Is A Statewide, Non-Profit Organization Established In 1934. It is devoted entirely and exclusively to promoting and protecting the ability of cattlemen members to produce and market their products.
