4-H Youth Development
Meet the 4-H Team
Amanda Morgan Pittman - 4-H Youth Development Agent
I am Amanda Morgan Pittman, the UF/IFAS Extension Alachua County 4-H Agent. Growing up in St. Augustine, Florida, I rode and showed horses, which included 4-H activities. I graduated from the University of Florida with a Master’s Degree in Agricultural Education and Communication and a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science. While earning these degrees, I worked at Rodeheaver Boys Ranch managing their horse program and teaching the resident at-risk youth.
I am passionate about inspiring and empowering youth to create change through youth leadership and development. Please do not hesitate to call with any questions concerning 4-H and youth activities.

Mary Lee (Andrewskiewicz) Sale - 4-H Program Coordinator
I am excited to be a part of the Alachua County 4-H team as the 4-H Program Coordinator! As a member of 4-H in Marion County, I participated in the swine and dog projects and went on to show at the Florida State Fair Dog Show for multiple years. Once I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Family, Youth, & Community Science (FYCS), I accpeted a position as the 4-H Extension Agent in Mathews, Virginia and completed the FYCS Master's program. After four years in Virginia, my fiance' had the chance to begin his 4-H career as the agent in Suwannee County, so we decided to move back to my roots in Florida for exciting opportunities for both of us.
Here in Alachua County, I work on our school-based programming, dog training, social media and marketing our programs, leadership trainings, and any other 4-H programs where I'm needed. I am excitied to continue working with Amanda and Lauren to make the best better in Alachua County!
