Are you ready to purchase a home?  If so, consider participating in the First Time Homebuyers Program! We also have budgeting workshops.  Check our registration page for upcoming workshops.

The UF/IFAS Extension Duval County office provides Pre-Purchase Homebuyer Workshops.  This class meets the education requirement for those individuals participating in a First Time Homebuyer Education program.  After attending all required workshops, you will be given the certificate needed to apply for down payment and closing cost assistance through local and state government programs.
