Since beginning in 2016 the Holmes County Outdoor Expo has grown exponentially and continues to do so. In 2018, new additions to the Expo include: two-day event, benefit concert, and NWFT sanctioned Turkey Calling Contest, which is the only National Qualifier in the Southeast! This year we have added a Custom Turkey Call Makers Contest Becoming a Sponsor will include you in an advertising package of over $6500!

Sponsorship 

Sponsoring the Expo is an opportunity to support the mission of the Expo while putting your business/cause at the forefront of thousands of outdoorsmen/women across the Southeast.

Sponsorship Levels 

• Presenting $5000 - If met, the event will be free to the public (call for additional details)
• Platinum $2500.00 - Includes focal point vendor booth and feature logo on advertising
• Gold $1000.00 - Includes focal point vendor booth and logo on advertising
• Silver $500.00 - Includes vendor space and printed name on advertising
• Bronze $250.00 - Includes vendor space

Vendors 

Anything and Everything is Welcome! Vendors have the opportunity to offer goods and services to hundreds of attendees in an atmosphere that encourages relationship building a lasting connection with new clientele. No item is too big or too small to find a home at the Expo!  

Booth Space with electricity is limited so book now! Large vendors such as trucks, boats, RV's etc. should contact Expo staff. In addition, if you have a specialty item or need, please let us know. We will do our best to make everyone's Expo a success!

Educational Booths

Educational booths are highlighted through the Scavenger Hunt. If you have an educational topic you would like to present at the Expo, that does not offer goods or services for sale, please consider being a part of our Expo! Contact Expo staff if you have any questions. Booths in the past have included: Food Plot Management, Aquatic Weed ID, Sea Turtle Lighting Project, FWC, Aquatic Invertebrates, 4-H Youth Development, Wild Hog Trapping, and MORE!
