Dr. Vincent Encomio is the Florida Sea Grant Extension Agent for Martin and St. Lucie counties. Locally, Sea Grant connects residents with Florida universities’ and national research and education to fulfill the program’s goal of ‘Science Serving Florida’s Coast’.
