Each plant sample must be submitted with a completed Plant Diagnostic Form, available at the clinic or on the MREC Plant Clinic page.

If the issue can be identified based on the sample and the information provided, staff will diagnose the problem during clinic hours.

Some samples may require additional testing. In those cases, samples may be sent to Gainesville for further analysis, such as virus testing or a full soil analysis. If additional testing is needed, staff will provide the appropriate forms and explain any associated fees.
