Youth Leadership
Leadership takes many forms in 4-H. You can hold an office at the club, county, district, and state levels.

Teen Leadership Council
Are you between the ages of 13-18 and looking to meet other teens and develop your leadership skills? If so, join the St. Johns County 4-H Teen Leadership Council (TLC) club. This club is youth-led and supported by both 4-H agents. The TLC officers were elected at the final County Council meeting and have spent the summer preparing to create a fun and friendly environment to plan fun activities and events, engage in community service, create opportunities for teens to connect, and learn how to be a more effective leader. Most months, TLC meets on the second Monday of the month at 6:00pm at the Extension Office. Some dates will vary due to holidays. For more information, contact Allie Prevatt (vanderson2@ufl.edu) or Julia Kelly (julia.kelly@ufl.edu). Youth must register for this club in 4-HOnline to participate in TLC.
