Youth Leadership
Leadership takes many forms in 4-H. You can hold an office at the club, county, district, and state levels.

Teen Leadership Council
Are you between the ages of 13-18 and looking to meet other teens and develop your leadership skills? If so, join the St. Johns County 4-H Teen Leadership Council (TLC) club. This club is youth-led and supported by both 4-H agents. Over the summer, the officers have been preparing to create a fun and friendly environment to plan fun activities and events, engage in community service, create opportunities for teens to connect, and learn to be more effective leaders. Usually, TLC meets on the second Monday of the month at 6:00 p.m. at the Extension Office. Some dates will vary due to holidays. For more information, contact Julia Kelly (julia.kelly@ufl.edu) or Allie Prevatt (vanderson2@ufl.edu). Youth must register for this club in 4-HOnline to participate in TLC.
