INTRODUCTION TO THE FLORIDA MASTER MONEY MENTOR TRAINING

The Florida Master Money Mentor (FMMM) training covers basic personal finance topics and teaches you how to empower others to take control of their personal finances. A person can choose to participate in the training for professional development, personal interest, or as the first step toward becoming a University of Florida Master Money Mentor volunteer.

Training modules are online so participants can work at their own pace. Topics include behavior change theory, financial decision making, cash flow management, credit, debt management, and saving and investing for future goals. Modules include pre/post quizzes, presentations, case studies, and group discussions.

Join us on October 6, from 12:00pm – 12:30pm Eastern Time, for an introductory webinar that will provide an overview of the FMMM program. Our discussion will include examples of how the program has helped residents and a demonstration of the online learning modules.

Registration for the introductory webinar is free and available at https://ufl.zoom.us/meeting/register/tJYucuihrj4pGNTcWcDFr0q6xdDP98DfDKro
