Most classes are held virtually (prior to COVID restrictions, the classes were held at the UF/IFAS Suwannee Co. Extension office in Live Oak) or may be limited seating for spacing requirements. Many resources are online to help you take the first steps.

Hurricanes and natural disasters are nothing new to Floridians, but planning is our first defense when facing a disaster. As Floridians, many think we know what to do for a tropical storm or hurricane but having an easily accessible plan with resources can be very beneficial. Disasters are stressful times and we are often not thinking clearly when adrenaline is high. Having resources and plans with steps can help.
