Members

The main Goal of 4-H in Volusia County is to teach Life Skills through hands-on learning. This means youth learn by doing activities and researching, not by listening to long lectures or reading textbooks. Life skills help young people become confident, responsible and successful adults. These skills include responsibility, setting goals and achieving them, managing time, staying organized and communicating.

Volunteers

Volusia County 4-H depends on caring volunteers to help support its mission. Volunteers guide young people to learn important skills and gain knowledge so they can grow into responsible citizens. By volunteering, you provide youth with a safe and supportive place to explore their interests, develop life skills, and take on leadership roles. If you are an adult and not yet a 4-H volunteer, we invite you to join us.
