Cherokee Riders Horse Club

A 4-H special interest club focusing on horse care and subjects related to the horse industry.  Members DO NOT need to own a horse in order to participate.   Membership is open to youth ages 8-18.

Club Dues:  $20 State Dues

Club Meetings 1st Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Walton County Extension Office

Naturally Balanced Homesteading

A community home school 4-H club, meeting in the North end of Walton County.  This is a hands on club that touches on a variety of subjects relating to a more self sufficient way of life.  Topics include but are not limited to gardening, canning, leadership, entrepreneurship, financial management, etc.

Minimum age—–8 years old by Sept. 1

Club Dues: None (In-School Club Exemption)

Club Meetings: 3rd Wednesday of each month at 1:30pm various locations

Walton County Livestock SPIN 

Club focus is a variety of livestock and animal projects.  Members will gain experience in proper care and management, showmanship, record keeping, and more!  Membership is open to all ages 5-18.

Arrows & Ammo

A 4-H special interest club with projects and learning events focused on shooting sports. Meetings are held at the Walton County Extension Office. Membership is open to youth ages 8-18.

Club Dues:  $20 State Dues

Club Meetings:  2nd Tuesday of each month at 5:30pm at the Walton County Extension Office

4-H Teen Leadership Council

This club focus is leadership, community service and exchange programs.  Membership is open to all ages 13-18.

Club Dues:  $20 State Due

Club Meetings:  1st Monday of each month at 5:30pm at the Walton County Extension Office

4-H Masterpiece Art Club

This club will focus on art project involving painting, drawing, photography, and more.  Membership is open to all ages 8-18.

Club Dues: $5

Club Meetings: 1st Tuesday of each month at 5:30pm at the Walton County Extension Office

Pony Express

This club focus is on preparing youth and their horses for endurance and trail riding competitions.  Youth must own a horse or have a "Horse/Pony Lease" on file with the 4-H Agent for this club.

Club Dues:  $20 State Dues

Club Meetings:  1st Sunday, 2pm at various locations
