IMPORTANT DATES & REMINDERS for 2019 Show
MANDATORY WEIGH-IN/TAGGING - Will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 8:00AM to 10:00AM at Madison County Extension Office Agriculture Barn. Please note: There will be NO early or late tagging this year. Animals not tagged by November 3rd will not be allowed to show.
PEE WEE SCRAMBLE - Forms are now available. There is a limit of 125 participants or a NOON cut off time on Tuesday, February 19th. (Whichever one comes first)
MANDATORY 4-H Livestock Clinic - Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 4:30PM. Will be held at the Madison Clounty Extension Office. Will cover record book requirements, swine showmanship and grooming. (4-H Show Policy)
KICK-OFF DINNER - January 17, 2019 at 6:00PM, will be held at the Madison County Extension Office.
4-H RECORD BOOKS DUE - Due on Friday, February 8, 2019 by 4:30PM at the Madison County Extension Office. Mandatory for all 4-H members participating in the show. FFA record books are due to Kaliee Morris by February 11th.
BOARD MEETING DATES - December 3, 2018 and February 11, 2019 at 6:00PM located at the Madison County Extension Office.
BARN WORK DAY - This will be on Saturday, January 12th at 9:00AM, anyone interested in helping please join the North Florida Livestock Show & Sale Board.
