Enroll in Columbia County 4-H

4-H is open to youth ages 5–18 and provides opportunities to learn by doing through hands-on projects, clubs, camps, and educational experiences. Members can explore their interests, develop valuable life skills, build friendships, and grow as leaders while working alongside caring adult volunteers and mentors. From agriculture and animals to STEM, cooking, arts, leadership, and community service, there is a place for everyone in 4-H.

Ready to start your 4-H journey? Follow the steps below to enroll!

• Enroll in 4-H Online as a New Member

  Creating a New 4-H Online Account

  1. Go to https://v2.4honline.com
  2. Click "Don't have an account?" if you have never enrolled in Florida 4-H before.
  3. Select Florida as your state.
  4. Choose UF/IFAS Extension as your institution.
  5. Select the county where you will participate in 4-H.
  6. Complete your family's information.
  7. Click Create Account.
  8. Enter your family's address.
  9. Click Verify and select the correct USPS address if prompted.
  10. If an existing account is found, click Confirm and log in with the existing account.

  Important Notes

  • Returning families already have an account and may only need to reset their password.
  • Parents/guardians should manage family and member profiles.
  • Youth should not have access to the family account password.
• Adding a New Youth Member
  1. Click Add Member.
  2. Select Florida 4-H as the program.
  3. Enter the youth's name and birthdate.
  4. Complete the required About You information.
  5. Select I want to join 4-H as a New or Returning 4-H Youth Member.
  6. Click Finish.
  7. Continue to the Enrollment Questions.

  Note: The youth email address is optional. Leave it blank if the youth does not have their own email.

   

• Add or Re-Enroll a Youth Member
  1. Click Add Member (new member) or Enroll Now (returning member).
  2. Enter the required member information.
  3. Select Florida 4-H Youth Member.
  4. Complete the enrollment profile.
• Select Clubs & Projects
  1. Add all clubs the member will participate in.
  2. Add all projects.
  3. Select the primary club if applicable.
  4. Click Next to continue.
• Complete Enrollment

  Complete each section before continuing:

  1. Enrollment Questions
  2. Health Form
  3. Medical Consent
  4. Required Consents
  5. Pay the membership fee (if applicable).
  6. Review your enrollment summary.
  7. Click Submit.
  8. Your enrollment will remain Pending until approved by your county 4-H office.
• Register for an Event or Camp
  1. Log into your 4-H Online account.
  2. Select your child's profile.
  3. Click Events from the left-hand menu.
  4. Select + Register for a New Event.
  5. Review the event instructions, select the session you wish to attend, and click Next.
  6. Complete each section of the registration:
     • Questions
     • Health Form
     • Consents
     • Payment (if applicable)
     • Confirmation
  7. Click Submit to complete your registration.
• Enrollment Status
  1. Log into your 4-H Online account.
  2. Select your child's profile.
  3. View the enrollment status.
  4. If your enrollment is Pending, it is awaiting county approval.
  5. Watch your email for approval or any requested corrections.
• Reset Your Password
  1. Click Reset Password? on the 4-H Online login page.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Check your email for the password reset link.
  4. Create a new password and log in.

   

• Update Family Information
  1. Log into your 4-H Online account.
  2. Select Family from the left-hand menu.
  3. Review and update your family information.
  4. Save any changes before exiting.

   

• Add Another Family Member
  1. Log into your 4-H Online account.
  2. Select Add Member.
  3. Enter the new member's information.
  4. Complete the member profile.
  5. Submit the enrollment when finished.
