    Fundraising

We strongly encourage all of our clubs to fundraise to build the funds available to their club. These funds can be used for club meeting resources and educational trips. It is best practice to ask for a certain suggested donation amount. If asking for a set price, there must be tax and a receipt book will need to be used. Please follow the steps below to ensure that your fundraiser is approved.

    1. Discuss the fundraiser during your 4-H Club Meeting
    2. Vote on the fundraiser at your club meetig and reflect the vote in your club's meeting minutes.
    3. Complete the Fundraiser Request Form: Fundraiser Request Form
    4. Create a flyer that states your club's name, what the fundraiser is, what the purpose of the fundraiser is. The flyer should also state the suggested donation price.
    5. Turn in your club's sign in sheet, meeting minutes, Fundraiser Request Form and flyer to the Levy County 4-H Office to be appoved.
    6. Once approved, your fundraiser may begin!

    Using Club Funds

We love to see our club using funds from fundraisers and donations! To use your club funds, please follow the steps below to ensure the use of the funds will be approved.

    1. Discuss the use and purpose of ____ amount of club funds at your 4-H Club Meeting
    2. Vote on the use of ____ amount of club funds for ____ purpose.
    3. Reflect the discussion and vote in your club's meeting minutes.
    4. Turn in your club's sign in sheet and meeting minutes. If for reimbursement, please also turn in the receipt and ensure you have a non-employee demographic form on file.
  • Club Standards of Excellence

Just like our members, clubs can complete the Standards of Excellence as well.

Each Levy County 4-H Club should strive to achieve at least the Bronze level. Many of these things are being done already, why not be recognized for doing a job well done?!
