Contests
One of the four Essential Elements of 4-H is Mastery. Mastery of a skill or concept is key component of positive youth development. Youth work on their project and reach a level of mastery. 4-H youth have the opportunity to demonstrate their mastery through competition at the county, district, state, and national levels.

Gingerbread House
The Gingerbread Houses are due December 7, 2026. They will be displayed at the Holiday Craft Night.

Graphic Design

Pumpkin Design Contest
Design your own pumpkin and decorate or carve it! Take a photo, save it as a .jpg or .png and email it as an attachment along with the title/name of your pumpkin to Ms. Julia at julia.kelly@ufl.edu. There will be winners in decorated and carved pumpkins in each division. Pumpkins will be judged on: visual impact, craftsmanship, originality, and creativity.

The Share the Fun Contest and Fashion Revue are on April 16, 2026 at 6:00pm. Entry forms are due by April 13, 2026.
