What is 4-H?

We are part of a nationwide program that helps kids learn new things, have fun, discover their interests, make great friends, and become leaders. 4-H offers young people hands-on learning for their Head, Heart, Hands, and Health.

4-H Clubs

4-H is all about learning by doing! Club members explore projects they enjoy and meet from September through May.
Our clubs are full for the 2025-2026 4-H Year. Enrollment will reopen on August 1, 2026.

Ready to Join 4-H?

  1. Enroll online at 4HOnline starting August 1, 2026.
  2. Pick a 4-H Club and a project.
  3. Pay the $20 Florida 4-H Membership Fee online.
  4. After you enroll, your club leader will contact you about meeting times.
  5. At your first meeting, pay club dues. Club dues are separate from the membership fee and help buy club supplies.

Washington County 4-H Youth Fair

This annual event lets kids show their talents and 4-H members display their projects. Since 1973, thousands of young people have taken part!
