Bay County 4-H Youth Development

4-H is the largest youth development organization in the nation, serving more than 6.5 million young people across America. In Florida alone, over 230,000 members participate in programs that help them learn new skills and grow as individuals.

4-H is a hands-on, practical educational program designed for youth, offering opportunities to learn outside of a traditional classroom setting. Florida 4-H operates as part of the Florida Cooperative Extension, which is connected to the University of Florida IFAS system.

The program is open to all youth ages 5 through 18 and welcomes participants from every background and interest area. It reaches both boys and girls through clubs, projects, mentoring, camping, school enrichment, and family learning activities that encourage personal growth.
