4-H Online is our online management system for families and volunteers. Youth who participate in clubs, workshops, events, and summer camp will have to sign up through this system. Below you will find resources on how to enroll in 4-H Online and register for clubs and events.
Accessibility is important to us. If you need a paper registration form, please contact our office. ADA compliant features are available in 4-H Online if needed. Click the wheelchair icon in lower left section of the web browser once logged in for options.
Parents and guardians are responsible for creating and maintaining family and member profiles. Youth should not be given passwords to access 4-H Online profiles. Watch the video below for a step-by-step guide on how to sign up through 4-H online or follow the written steps below.

SelectFloridafrom the select your state drop-down menu.
ChooseFlorida 4-H Youth Developmentas your Institution.
Choose Leon County.
Complete your family’s information.
ClickCreate Account.
Enter your family’s address.
Click theVerify. NOTE: The verification process may require you to select an appropriate USPS format.
If you create a new account and an existing account is found, clickConfirmand login with the existing account.If a duplicate account is found that is not yours, contact your county 4-H office with your name, email address, and mailing address with which you are trying to create a profile.
If there are no members in the family profile, you will be presented with theAdd Member. OR, If you need to add an additional child, click the blue+ Add Memberbutton found in the upper middle portion of the screen near your family name and address.
Choose4-Has the program you would like to join and clickNext.
Add the name and birth date of the youth member and clickNext*.
Complete the required fields in theAbout You
ChooseI want to join 4-H as a New or Returning 4-H Youth Memberand clickFinish.
The system is set up to calculate 4-H age based off the Florida 4-H age policy. 4-H age is the age of the youth on Sept.1 of the previous calendar year. Visit Florida 4-H for more information.
1. Click on Enroll Now for the member you wish to re-enroll. a. Select the role that you wish to enroll the member as. (Youth Member or Adult Volunteer) b. Select the school grade the grade the member is in. 2. Confirm that you are enrolling in Florida 4-H as a returning 4-H member. 3. Complete all sections of the enrollment as prompted.
