Camp Types
Ag Camp: July 6-8
Ag Camp will explore the agricultural industry through hands-on learning. Participants will visit local dairies, ranches, and horticulture operations as well as cook local agricultural products and explore the natural resources of South Florida.
H20 Camp: June 6-10, June 20-24, July 11-15
H20 Encounter is an environmental day camp that explores various water resources in South Florida.
History Camp: June 13-17, June 27-July 1
Campers will visit South Florida historical sites and museums.
Horse Camp: June 13-17
Campers are provided riding and lesson time in the saddle. Campers experience horse activities geared toward developing riders. Campers bring their own horse and supplies. Campers must be 8 by September 1, 2021, and must provide own horse.
Shooting Sports: TBA
Camp teaches conservation and ecology practices through field trips and hands-on activities.
Campers must be 10 or older as of September 1, 2021.
Fishing and Conservation Camp: June 20-24
Campers are learning about fishing safety and environmental conservation at various locations in South Florida.
Craft Camp: July 25-29
Campers will enjoy various crafting techniques, safety, and recycling.
*All camps are day camps.
To reserve a spot for camp please submit application and payment to UF/IFAS Extension office 458 US HWY 98 N, Monday thru Friday, 8 am-5 pm starting May 2nd. Check, cash and credit cards accepted (credit card will have $5 service fee). Registration form and payment must be received in the office to hold the reservation for camp.
