Be Safe

Middle school is a crazy time where everything is changing, and you feel like you have less and less control over your life. Be Safe school enrichment at Taylor County Middle School has youth participate in the social and emotional learning curriculum.

4-H goes to the 6th-grade classrooms and youth are taught about things like cyber safety, healthy environments, and participating in hands-on activities. One year youth made apple cupcakes and were taught how to react to situations that could arise, like bullying.
