Volunteering with 4-H

Volunteers

Many 4-H programs in Bradford County are run by volunteer leaders. Many volunteers help with programs and events. These Level 1 volunteers are needed for events like School Tours at the Bradford County Youth Fair, Exhibit Judging, County Events, and more.

Another group of volunteers are club leaders. They work directly with youth regularly. These volunteers spend many hours on 4-H programs and are very important to our program. All Level 2 volunteers must pass a background check following Florida 4-H rules. Level 2 volunteers need to sign up every year in 4-H Online and keep their background check current.

All volunteers (Level 1 and Level 2) should enroll in 4-H Online each year in September.
