Who We Are
The UF/IFAS Brevard County Extension is a trusted local resource that provides science‑based education and helpful solutions for people, families, and businesses in Brevard County. As part of the University of Florida’s Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (UF/IFAS), we support the community through programs in agriculture, gardening, natural resources, family and consumer sciences, 4‑H youth development, and more. Our goal is to improve life in Brevard County by encouraging sustainable practices, strong communities, and care for the environment. Through workshops, research‑based guidance, and hands‑on learning, we help people make informed choices and build a stronger community.
