Pesticide Renewal Info:
Forms/Items needed:
1. Ceu Form (must be signed)
2. Insurance Certificate (must have a personal name in the big box on the bottom of the form)
3. Renewal Letter
4. Payment$$
- Scan the CEU form(s) & Insurance Certificate into the same computer that you will be using to do the renewal.
- You will need the DTN from the Renewal Letter. If you don't have the letter, you will need to go online to get it. from this website: https://aeslicensing.fdacs.gov/ You can register a new account when you click the "Sign In" on the top right. They are still working out the bugs on this website though.
- With all of your information prepared:
  - go to https://aeslicensing.fdacs.gov/ (Set up an account, since they changed over, everyone has to do this)
    - after that follow all the prompts, including uploading forms and paying the fee.

What to do to take the Exam?
1. Get a voucher for Exam (from FDACS choose license page)
2. Eventbrite Ticket to take class and exam
3. Certificate of Insurance with a minimum aggregate of $500,000. FDACS Form 13654 (completed by Insurance Agent); If using Acord form**Certificate Holder's Name must be: FL Dept. of Ag & Consumer Services, 3125 Conner Blvd. Bldg. 8, Tallahassee, FL 32399-0800
4. Current Picture ID (i.e., driver's license)
5. If you need study materials, you can find them at the UF/Ifas bookstore.
