Welcome to the Volusia County Agriculture Center, home to two exceptional rental facilities – the Hester Building and Daugharty Building. Conveniently located in DeLand, our buildings and grounds offer versatile spaces that cater to a variety of events.

Our dedicated team is here to assist you with reserving your rental and will help ensure your event is a success.

Hester Building
- 14,924 sq. ft. of climate controlled indoor space (does not include restroom area)
- Building dimensions: 275’L x 58’W x 9’H
- 700-person capacity
- Multi-stall restrooms: approx. 1,026 sq. ft. (38’L x 27’W)
- 2 roll-up doors to allow for ample access to building during setup
- Electrical outlets available
- PA system available—additional cost
Daugharty Building
- Abuts Hester Building
- 9,164 sq. ft. of climate controlled indoor space
- Building dimensions: 158’L x 58’W x 9’H
- 500-person capacity
- Access available to restrooms in Hester building
- 2 roll-up doors to allow for ample access to building during setup
- Electrical outlets available
- PA system available—additional cost
Midway
- 305,424 sq. ft. of outdoor space
- Camping and/or overnight parking is not allowed on the premises
- Outdoor lighting is available—additional lighting may be necessary depending on event
- Outdoor Entertainment Event Permit may be required
- Outdoor only events may require rental of portable restrooms, handwashing stations and trash receptacles
