UF/IFAS Extension offers programs that teach people how to stay healthy in body and mind. We cover food safety, ServSafe training, preserving food, food budgeting, and preparing meals. We hold classes and workshops across the county, and we also teach other groups. If you want to learn more, please contact our office.

Personal Finance

UF/IFAS Extension FCS Programs help Florida families handle everyday challenges. We teach people how to manage their money and make smart choices as consumers. The Okaloosa Saves program helps people save money. It is part of the national America Saves campaign. The VITA program offers free help for local residents who qualify to prepare and file their tax returns.
