Junior Master Gardeners

The Junior Master Gardener program engages children in “hands-on” group and individual learning experiences that provide a love of gardening, develop an appreciation for the environment, and cultivate the mind. Embryology : 4-H School Enrichment Program

Students hatch chicks in the classroom and experience the wonder of life firsthand. They care for fertilized eggs and newly hatched chicks, learning responsibility and animal science. After the program, chicks are returned to local farmers to be raised as laying hens. Butterflies : 4-H School Enrichment Program

Students experience the magic of metamorphosis by raising butterflies in the classroom. They care for caterpillars, observe each stage of the life cycle, and release the butterflies once fully grown. This hands-on program teaches responsibility, life science, and environmental awareness.
