Natural Resources

The Sea Grant Marine Program shares science-based information with people who live and work along the coast. The Coastal Sustainability program helps residents, community leaders, and builders make smart choices about how land and water are used. These choices are based on good scientific knowledge. Our faculty teach programs that help improve water quality, check the health of the environment, and protect wildlife. They also work with coastal businesses to support and grow marine‑related industries.
