Objective
The purpose of the 4-H Project or Record Book is to teach youth how to keep accurate records for their projects, to keep a written record of their involvement in their 4-H Club as well as how it has helped them grow as a 4-H participant.

- Senior members must use the 4-H Senior Horse Record Book
- Junior and Intermediate members must use the Junior and Intermediate State Horse Record Book
- Members completing a Love a Horse Project may use the books from the Brevard County 4-H Horse Program
- Members completing a Horsemanship Level Project may use the books from the Brevard County 4-H Horse Program

4-H Project Summary Reports
Members completing projects that do not fall into the above record book categories may use the following summary reports to record their projects to turn in at the end of the 4-H year for county credit.
- All members completing a project summary report must also complete and turn in the 4-H Life Skill Checklist
- 4-H Junior Project Summary Report
- 4-H Intermediate Project Summary Report
- 4-H Senior Project Summary Report
