Indian River County 4-H Record Books

Objective 

The purpose of the 4-H Project Summary is to teach youth how to keep accurate records for their projects, to keep a written record of their involvement in their 4-H Club as well as how it has helped them grow as a 4-H participant.

Indian River 4-H Record Books for 2025-2026:

The 4-H record books for the 2025-2026 year are ready to be downloaded and used. Please use the files below and contact our office at indian@ifas.ufl.edu if you have any questions. 

4-H Project Summary Reports

For the 2025-2026 4-H year, all members are required to complete a Project Summary Report. Record books are no longer required with the exception of 4-H youth completing a Horse Project with the intention of competing at the Area East 4-H Horse Show.
