The registration fee provides each attendee access to all sessions and events. Registration will open in December 2024.

Refund Policy
Refund requests must be received in writing on or before April 15, 2025 and should be emailed to Kevin Jackson (UF Conference Department). A $50.00 processing fee will be deducted from all Short Course refunds if you cancel within two weeks of registering and a $100 processing fee will be deducted after the two weeks. No refunds will be honored for cancellations after April 15, 2025. We reserve the right to modify or cancel a course or event when circumstances warrant, including insufficient registrations. In the event of cancellation or postponement, each registrant will be notified by telephone and/or by written notification and will be issued a full refund. The University of Florida is not responsible for any other related expenses.
