The registration fee provides each attendee access to all sessions and events. Regular registration is now open. If you want to attend but did not register online, onsite registration will be available for $500 per person. Please see the Short Course personnel at the registration desk to register onsite.

Refund Policy
Refund requests must be received in writing on or before March 18, 2027 and should be emailed to Katie Risher (UF Conference Department). A $50.00 processing fee will be deducted from all Short Course refunds if you cancel within two weeks of registering and a $100 processing fee will be deducted after the two weeks. No refunds will be honored for cancellations after March 18, 2027. We reserve the right to modify or cancel a course or event when circumstances warrant, including insufficient registrations. In the event of cancellation or postponement, each registrant will be notified by telephone and/or by written notification and will be issued a full refund. The University of Florida is not responsible for any other related expenses.

Participants with special needs can be reasonably accommodated by emailing Bill Torres, Conference Coordinator, before April 15, 2026.
