The registration fee provides each attendee access to all sessions and events. Online registration is open through April 29, 2024.

*Student attendees must email a copy of their Student ID to Dr. Gettys to register at the student rate.

Before beginning the online registration process, we recommend that you have payment information on-hand, such as credit card, check, or purchase order number

• Refund Policy

  Refund requests must be received in writing on or before April 15, 2024 and should be emailed to Kevin Jackson (UF Conference Department). A $50.00 processing fee will be deducted from all Short Course refunds if you cancel within two weeks of registering and a $100 processing fee will be deducted after the two weeks. No refunds will be honored for cancellations after April 15, 2024. We reserve the right to modify or cancel a course or event when circumstances warrant, including insufficient registrations. In the event of cancellation or postponement, each registrant will be notified by telephone and/or by written notification and will be issued a full refund. The University of Florida is not responsible for any other related expenses.

• Special Needs

  Participants with special needs can be reasonably accommodated by emailing Bill Torres, Conference Coordinator, before April 7, 2023.

• COVID-19 Safety Measures

  Please understand that the COVID-19 pandemic is still a very real threat to all individuals. In order to protect the health of our attendees, we will comply with all UF and CDC recommendations that are in force during the Short Course. If masks are recommended or required, we will provide them for all attendees.
