This annual Short Course is a tremendous educational program and it would not be possible without the financial support of organizations such as yours.

Want your materials inserted into the Short Course swag bags?
We can do that! The insertion fee is $400. You can insert swag, a brochure or a packet. Materials should be no larger than 8.5 x 11 inches and no more than 0.25 inch thick. If you have multiple printed pieces, they should be packaged together (stapled or in a large envelope). Please note: We anticipate high attendance in 2025; estimated number of attendees will be available to sponsors around April 7. For more information, email Dr. Lyn Gettys.

Please Note:
On the Sponsorship Commitment Form, you may choose from three payment options:
- Pay by credit card
- Indicate you will be mailing a check (have the check number handy if possible)
- Purchase Order / Request an Invoice*
*If an invoice is required for your organization to process the sponsorship payment, check the Request Invoice box on the financial section of the form and you will receive the invoice as a PDF attachment to your email confirmation.
