The Broward 4-H Association supports youth development programs across Broward County through fundraising, advocacy, and community partnerships. Together, we help young people learn, lead, and thrive.

  	Catherine Whitt, President Catherine "Cathy" is a Community Health and Well-Being Specialist at HolyCross Health and also certified Laughologist. She has been in the fitness industry for over thirty years and is a certified teacher in yoga, laughter therapy, and much more! Her approach is to make health and wellness personal and fun so it makes adopting healthy habits an easy adjustment. Cathy brings passion, expertise in youth and family education, and a deep commitment to community health to our team.
  	Leann Barber, Secretary Leann is the Executive Director and Founder of Made in Broward, a cottage industry business supporting 4-H Youth. A 4-H alum, she has been longstanding club leader, mentoring youth in the areas of horticulture, entrepreneurship, nutrition, and sewing. Leann has served on the Florida 4-H Club Foundation board and was inducted into the 4-H Hall of Fame in 2021.  Leann has a background in banking and IT and brings a wide range of experience to our team.
