Nutrition, Wellness, and Food Systems

Nutrition & Wellness (N&W) programs help people live healthier, happier lives by teaching simple skills that lead to real, lasting change. Our programs cover everything from learning the basics of MyPlate to exploring important and “hot” topics that impact our everyday choices.

Food Systems helps connect people to the journey food takes from the farm to the table. Whether you are a shopper, business owner, or manager, we offer classes, certifications, and services designed to support your goals and needs.
