4-H Record Books and Clover Awards

Record Books

4-H record books help you keep organized by detailing information about your project(s). You should complete a record book each year that you participate in any project. Each 4-H member needs to complete a 4-H record book and submit it in July. All Record Books and Clover Awards are to be submitted printed out in a folder or binder to the 4-H office.

What Is Expected of 4-H Members?

The various levels of standards are listed in each age category by the following levels: BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD, and EMERALD Clover Awards. The expectations become greater as the 4-H member matures through Cloverbud, Junior, Intermediate and Senior levels. The levels of standards are based on participation in the 4-H program at the County, District, State, and National 4-H events, as well as Leadership, Citizenship and Community Service project areas.
