Nutrition and Health promotes a healthy lifestyle by eating right and exercising. Physical inactivity can lead to many health issues and chronic diseases. It is recommended that adults get at least 150 hours of exercise per week and strengthening exercises 2-3 times per week. Our programs support healthy lifestyles by offering class on nutrition and exercise. Our goal is to provide you with updated information that you can use to help support a healthy lifestyle.
