  * We are requesting this information from anyone that is able to provide it as this is to collect information on the agricultural damage to the county. Fill out this form and either bring it to our Extension office in Homestead or please email the filled out form to twol@ufl.edu.

  *A salinity test is only recommended for growers that are on the East side of the Turnpike. If you need to get a test completed, please bring the samples to the UF/IFAS Extension office in Homestead and UF/IFAS TREC will process the salinity test.
